View Full Version : NHC St Johnstone vs Rangers

I reckon this could be good viewing tonight.

St Johnstone stuff them tonight, and I reckon Pedro's number could well be up!

Edit: I didn't realise O'Halloran was just a loan player at St Johnstone given how openly Caixinha has slated him in the press. Shame, as I reckon he'd be well up for playing against them tonight!

Mon' the Saintees! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Anyone hear the bizarre statement by Pedro insinuating the last time they played that Saints had been given the rangers team prior to the game.

I reckon this could be good viewing tonight.

St Johnstone are capable of some really good football, and if he's fit to play, O'Halloran is going to be desperate to score against Sevco after all of the stuff that's been openly said by Pedro.

St Johnstone stuff them tonight, and I reckon Pedro's number could well be up!

O’Halloran isn’t allowed to play.

A draw is probably the best result for us as it gives us the chance to jump above both of them tomorrow.

I can't help hoping the Super Js absolutely pump them though.

I thought I'd edited my original post before anyone had even got to read it, let alone had the opportunity to reply.

Normally what's best for Hibs is the preferable option - but it's them, Der Hun ......................

It leaves Saturdays and Sundays free for flute band practise.

I hope St Johnstone skelp them but it’s disappointing how no other clubs have been able to match our ability to goad the huns into complete and utter meltdown.

Personally I don’t consider them truly defeated until they release a statement.

On BT Sports. Loving the Suduko puzzle books that BT have supplied the pundits to fill in during the match.

Come on the Saintees.

Am I right in thinking that every away game Rangers have played so far has been live on telly?

Looking ahead I see their next away six league against Hearts, Dundee, Aberdeen, Hibs, Kilmarnock and Celtic are all scheduled for television coverage.

I remember speaking to someone (possibly from Setanta, BT Sport or something) about the viewing figures they got when they were in the bottom division - considering the level they were at and the opposition they were playing, the figures were incredible.

I am no fan of Sevco, but there ain't half a lot of Sevconians who like to watch their team on the telly. That's why they're on as much as they are.

The bile on FF because Windass was the first player booked is mind-boggling. Is it any wonder that they are the most hated outfit in British football?

Surely we can’t have this sort of stuff coming into our living rooms in 2017

The only action anyone seems prepared to take is to turn the mics down a bit. Well sometimes anyway. What a sad state of affairs when bigotry successfully bullies the system.

Pretty low quality game. I thought Scougall was decent for St Johnstone but no one else stood out for them. They worked hard as a team but when Anderson got sent off it was curtains. The Rangers were decent going forward but really neither team looked better than Hibs on that showing. Even more disappointing we didn't take the 3 points when we played the Saintees.

It’s poor. It’s not up to BT to tackle it and they rightly turn the mics down to stop it coming into our living rooms. It’s football that needs to stamp it out. Until clubs are thrown out of competition or points docked it won’t change. Having said that the TV companies could do us all a favour and walk away with embarassment that football considers it acceptable.
