Wouldn't be surprised. Never management material.

Gary Naismith (Sportsound this morning) said something along the lines of the International break giving chairmen time to act when discussing the position of both McCulloch and Archibald at Thistle. Called it right I think.
Killie fans not happy with McCulloch and giving jobs to his mates.....

It looked like they were hesitant to appoint him at the end of the season so if imagine their start has confirmed their doubts.

Makes you wonder why players can be off and on the boil so quickly. By all accounts the same players were outstanding at Pittodrie and should have beaten Dundee.

Elbows, even by Hun standards, is particularly unpleasant; always has been. I find this news satisfying :aok:

Was just thinking this.

Can you imagine the team talk before they played Sevco?

"Right lads, your playing the mighty Glasgow Rangers, most successful team in the world, and definitely not only a few years old. I've just spoken to Pedro and he's agreed to go easy on us so we should be able to keep the score down to to a 4 or 5 nil defeat "

Was never going to work.

They were my favourites to go down but Killie have acted quickly and no doubt Archibald will be looking over his shoulder.

Pretty crazy start to the season in terms of managers getting emptied.

It’s always sad when someone loses their job but I’ll make an exception for that smug-faced skidmark.

Wonder if Stubbs will be interested in any way of the jobs coming up?!

Thought he might have had a chance of the Ross County job before they gave it to Coyle.

Gary Holt that used to a Killie player, then coached at Norwich and managed at Falkirk, has to be a contender for the job

The archetypal hun. Nae luck.

Unfortunately means we will see more of him in the media as he's most definitely a prime candidate for the jobs for the boys brigade.

Watched Killie v RC highlights on Sportscene. Killie were woeful. Looked like they weren't trying a leg at times.

Can't see him making it back to Ibrox so unfortunately it looks like the ex Rangers 'pundits' ranks on BBC Scotland has just been increased by one.

What a sad prospect.

Yup. Same with Martin Canning and Forlan at ICT before he got sacked.

You can tell straight away that some of these ex players just aren’t cut out for management. Cheap option by the clubs that must cost them more in the long run.

On a separate note, did Ian Murray get a new club? Not heard his name mentioned despite a few vacancies coming up.

Personally think Martin Canning has done a decent job given the small resources he has at his disposal.

Mixu revived his management career there. What kind of jobs are people expecting Stubbs to land? His reputation would have taking a beating with what happened at Rotherham and his league stats with hibs weren't t exactly glowing.
