It was a downhill slope from that goal until he scored early v rangers in 2016. Zemmama was some player at times.

Edit: should have watched the video first. I assumed it was his goal after 11 seconds. I'll stand by my zemmama remark for this video too though.

Bedlam when that went in.

I was right next to the cordon with the Rangers fans and got a cold pie in the face shortly after it went in. Guy that threw it got lifted and gobbed on a steward as the Police led him out. Classy guy.

It was goal of the season :)

I remember the Radio Scotland commentary of that game was done by diehard hun David Begg, he was so biased and downbeat he described the Stokes goal as terrible defending as the goal of the season went in!

An incredible goal. Zemmama was unplayable that day. Should have won the game.

:agree: I've watched it dozens of times, possibly the best long ball I've ever seen... up there with the pass for the Bergkamp goal against Argentina. And that finish:rockin:

To be fair to him, he did say he'd 'almost' forgotten it.
What I hadn't forgotten was being at Hun 'hospitality' that day and spending 90 mins sitting next to an Orctegenarian (yes I meant that) that muttered the word 'reptile' anytime Zemmama touched the ball. And he touched the ball a lot that day. Took a lot of will power to avoid replacing the old *******s remaining teeth with my right elbow.

Remember it well.

Mark Bosnich chose it as his 'goal of the week' on his Sunday morning segment on Oz tv....picking a Scottish team's goal was unheard of at that time.

Made me fair proud, it did.

I got away with applauding that goal in the broomloan along with a couple of them who appreciated the goal of the season.
