Season Ticket Holder trying to buy tickets for others

Hope someone can help.
I have some friends and family In town tomorrow and I was tying to buy tickets and print them at home. I am a season ticket holder. but was kept getting asked to create a new account to do so. Any Idea how to do so. or should my friends create their own accounts ? . that's not going to happen. so Hibs could lose 5 ticket sales, as they don't wan't to buy walk ups.

Dont know why you need to get a new account if you have one already. If not you do through Hibernian e tickets.

Just buy 5 tickets and assign to your own client ref no
