Good news, at least they tried with the pop up bar rather than doing nothing at all. It will be even harder to get in before matches if it's just the one room open though. Doubt you'll get a seat after 12.30 or in after 1.30.

To be honest I don't think it's personal against hibs by the council, authorities seem to try to restrict anything that could bring joy to people these days
