Online ross county tickets error

I am currently trying to get tickets online via e-ticketing for ross county away but as soon as i click on view availability and get the message 'we're sorry, your account is unable to do this' blah blah, i have season ticket. Does anyone know why it is doing this?

Yup, just gonna use my mates reference number to buy tickets on as that seems to be working.
