I just watched that too having noticed Carragher had liked it.

Really interesting snapshot of what goes on. It must be torture dealing with these agents.

The lad Sinclair they mention, think he went from Liverpool to Watford and is now 20, having played only 15 odd games. Wasting years so his agent can get a better fee, surely he should grow a set and gone to sign the loan deal.

Difficult to see what can be done to improve matters though

What with the cheesey Jim Whyte grins and the guady yellow outfits, all this circus event is missing is Nicholas Parsons to host it.

Funny thing is he'll probably be valued at 60 million or something stupid.

Agents need to be regulated. They have no professional responsibilities or any official body that can sanction them for the way they behave (ie telling lies, going back on their word repeatedly to increase their percentage, ripping off their own clients and acting solely in their own interests..etc)

The FA and SFA and or UEFA could sort it.
Like them or not, lawyers are not allowed to deal like this or they are sanctioned by their own Professional body.

Football authorities could insist on a licensed agent only being allowed to deal if he was a member of an established Asossciation governed by rules of behaviour and with meaningful sanctions for breach of proper standards.

They are licenced by the national football bodies.

Well they need to tighten up the licensing arrangements.
