Anyone know how many tickets we've sold?

No idea but I reckon we'll end up with about 1,000 fans there.

That's very low for a Hibs away game, we took almost that amount to Ibrox

Sunday lunchtime, live on TV, the week before payday - if we take 1000 I'll be impressed.

Live on TV, much less attractive game than Ibrox and 12:30 kick off on a Sunday.

If it's much higher then that will be great.

I would be a bit surprised though.

I'd be disappointed if had less than 2k but there's a poor turnout from my crowd so you never know.

The prices dumpdee are charging will have persuaded quite a few to watch in tv instead....myself included. It's the week before pay day and £26 each plus travel costs is just ridiculous for a game live on sky

If Dundee had thought about this and made it £15 and £5 across the board there would have been a bumper crowd.

Don't think you can just do that for league games? Also isn't fair on sth's

Is there any proof that doing this would either significantly increase the attendance or generate the same level of revenue?

I'd have probably gone at 15 quid tbh.

There are Hi bees on here stating 26 quid will put them off travelling for the match. Football has always been regarded as a working mans sport and rightly so it should remain affordable as possible to maintain the culture. Its a contentious issue however I personally feel around the 20 quid mark should be adhered to.

We took 3k to tannadice twice on a fri night last year...no chance of that today due to pricing

Slightly different circumstances though as we were going for a title last season and Dundee United were seen as our biggest challengers for that.

Sure Tannadice was about £25 last year as wellThink u could get 22 mate and concessions were about 15....i can't afford 26 plus the wee man and travel costs weekend before pay day. And can't justify it when it's on TV

No it wouldn't. It'd be a number.

Let's not get hung up too much on these things being "horrendous". It's quite expensive considering the option to sit at home/in the pub and watch for free is readily available and if people choose to do that instead it's not the end of the world.

Another defeat however, that would be horrendous.

That's where I'm at too. £62 for me and three kids is just too much when we can watch on tv. We'll pick and choose our away games depending on importance and price.
IMO kids should be £5.00 max.
