Signed - don't normally bother but until the SFA, the SPFL and the Scottish government act in unison to address this problem (that they have turned a blind eye to for a hundred years) it will not go away. The rangers won't stop voluntarily, even there board deny it exists (it's just a few).

It will be dismissed ( with some justification ) as a tit for tat exercise between rival fan groups.
How many people who sign this petition demanding that some nameless body investigates the abuse aimed at Neil Lennon will have actually reported what they saw or heard on Saturday ( or any other occasion ) to the police?

This is the kind of thing we laugh at the Huns for - exactly who is to "look into this"?

If we want to take the moral high ground in this matter, its perhaps best left to the club to react on behalf of their employee (Lennon) rather than a fans petition which will do nothing other than deflect the attention away from the Orcs.
