Rooney would be perfect for us. We play two up front so more chance of game time here. And gives us great options up front.

If he recovers fully from injury and rediscovers his St Johnstone form then that is a fantastic signing for the sheep. For me right now, this signing could go either way.

I'm not convinced that we need another striker more than a left winger, so I'd spend our remaining budget elsewhere unless Rooney is available on a free transfer.

That won't happen because Aberdeen won't want to strengthen a rival for second place.

Adam Rooney would be a great signing however I think Stokes and Murray look a great combination. If Rooney was to be signed , he'd be in competition with Stokes for a place in my opinion and I think Stokes is the better player.

I would think their would be funds available to brink in a striker if Lenny thought we needed one. I would like us to go for Tony Andreau goal scoring mid, 1 in 2 wi Hamilton and almost the same with Dun Utd last yr.
