He goes on to say that its not an actual agent that represents players, just a chancer. So doubt there's anything to do with Hibs in that really.

Don't really see the guys point.

Person contacting him was being pretty polite and civil, 3 texts is hardly harassment. Maybe if the chairman had replied politely after the first text he wouldn't have got the second two.

As for the text relating to hibs I imagined that's how agents work to an extent, guy was just doing his job.

The guy seemed quite polite in his texts. If you don't ask you don't get in this life and I can't blame the man for doing so. The Wigan Chairman needs to wind his neck in a little bit and perhaps show him a bit more respect by actually replying to him even to tell him no and not posting the poor guys number on twitter.
