Quality not quantity is key.

Every player we've signed is quality and will add to the squad.

Bring in Stokes and another forward and i'll be more than happy. Especially with the emergence of some fine young players looking good in pre season.

We'll be absolutely ready come day 1 of the league kick off.

The anticipation is killing me. Fingers crossed for two good signings, both don't have to be big names for me, one big name and one with potential backed by evidence will do me. Not easy to get though I dare say.

The transfer window only opened 2 weeks ago. Contracted players, the type of quality you seem to be wanting will be under contract, could not sign until after this window, and that includes negotiations between clubs, then player etc etc. It'll happen, however I would rather we sign quality than end up with dross because we wanted them in the door months ago.

I predict that Hibs will sign a striker/forward (maybe two?) before the transfer window closes.

How good that striker(s) turns out will be very important to how successful, or otherwise, the team will be in the coming season. The club has to spend wisely and try to get the right type of player in. I'm sure that's what they'll be trying to do.
