If reversing, use your mirrors and try and get no more than 6 inches away from the kerb.

Don't park near the Hermitage PS - folk can be really petty and block you in - had to get the Polis to get away after one game!

On that point for all the ignorant bassas who park in HPG have a thought about emergency vehicles trying to get down the street before you block the street the pavement isn't for parking on either😤

Check the Edinburgh council website re residents parking, it will show you what areas are operated at certain times only, so weekends and after a certain time at night in certain zones are a free for all.
always thought the official website should have had a link for home and away support to check.
Very much appreciated, thanks

The car park at the foot of Easter Road opposite the Percy is now only for Tesco customers with a maximum stay of 3 hours.
Last Sunday I parked up, went into the store and bought a packet of crisps, kept the receipt and was back in plenty time to miss the 3 hour over stay limit.

You have to walk on the road to get past the cars too bad if you have a buggy
