Ref takes about 3 minutes to talk to video ref then go and watches it himself. See the deliberate elbow and issues a yellow card! Bottled it in my opinion.

It gave me a good laugh on a typically depressing Sunday evening. Surely a red?

Yes it was, what a waste of time if they're not going to act on it.

Ludicrous decision! Wish we had had video technology in recent years - the amount of times we have been done by scandalous decisions is sickening!

Should have been a clear red
These sort of things should be hammered

Now the ref has been hassled into reviewing something he was spot on and saw with his own eyes. Surely they have to trust the video ref.

Definite red. Ref bottled it.

Imo the video technology should only be used for matters of 'fact' eg offside/over the line etc. Matters of opinion will always result in these types of decision and will lead to a lot more delays in the game.

I really want VARs to work but it's only as good as the twat who's reviewing it.

Shocking decision.

This is the biggest problem - refs will start second guessing themselves even when they get it right. It's progress but it needs refining.

Craig Thompson-esq decision

Craig Thompson would have booked the German player for simulation.

Looking at the results from the video ref, we would have probably got booked for simulation and sent off for catching the opponents boot with our head!!!!!

Get all this video bollocks to ****.

I want controversy in football, it helps to create points of conversation. It all adds to the highs and lows that following a football team should be about.
