No insider knowledge claimed but I recon Lenny is a big fan of Andreu as demonstrated during his stint as pundit in the playoffs, be really surprised if we don't make a move there. I know he splits opinions but his scoring record and technical ability are very good IMO.

He didnt look great in the playoffs but the guy is a deadly finisher and racked up a good few assists last season . He has something about him that could be useful next season

Admits himself he was knackered in playoffs but don't see an obvious better goalscoring midfielder potentially in our budget, Norwich have new manager so only issue could be there old give everyone on the books a chance to impress scenario.

Apparently he's already in talks with us.

I'm not convinced by Andreu..he seems very easy to nullify and does very little in the dozen or so games I've seen him play. He scored 13 in 31 odd games last season tho which surprised me a bit..although I think he was used as a main striker at times rather than behind them.

Maybe he'd benefit from playing with better players..I wouldn't want to be relying on him going into big games against Celtic and Derbies tbh..he just doesn't seem to be able to show his ability consistently enough.

We have Swanson as our main attacking midfielder, we need another to act as cover or even when we play 1 up top and 2-3 behind.

Scored a few goals and got a few assists so seems to have a decent pedigree.

But I watched quite a few United games last season as I considered them to be our biggest challengers.

He's been a passenger in every single game I've watched, including the ones against us.

So based on what I've seen with my own eyes, 100% no. Based on reputation, he sounds like a good signing.

If true Lennon is bringing in a number of midfield players that score... Swanson being here already!

Makes sense given its clear we are looking to spread the goals among different players as the chances of us getting a proven striker who can bag 20 goals a season is a tall order
If Dylan has another season like last season plagued with injury and with Fyvie leaving defo could accommodate someone else in midfield

What's his contract situation? I'd take him if its on loan from Norwich and their paying his wages. Not sure I'd splash the cash on him though as sure he'd be looking for big bucks.

I'd personally rather have Shinnie. Andreu is too easily knocked off his game imho.

Not fussed about Andreu but theat is something that could be easily levelled at Shinnie too.

Reckon he'd be a great signing, classy player.

He's a goal scoring midfielder. Exactly what Shinnie was meant to be for us last season. Andreu/Murray carried United basically all season. Although both were poor vs us.

He'll be a better player in a better team IMO. Good signing.

Would be delighted if we got him. Classy player who would thrive with better players round him.

Been pretty average any time I've seen him.. not someone that excites me but willing to give a chance..

Brilliant at Hamilton but have seen Norwich fans describe him as one of their worst ever players. Not sure about him.

Decent at SPL level and would come on to a game with us IMO. If he can't cut it in the Championship down South he has no right to expect those kind of wages from us.
