Because a manager who has played the game knows how a dressing room works. They know how players think. They understand the little things that make a huge difference. A manager who hasn't played the game will struggle with this.

Said they were more for Celtic (Borat connection plus catholic) price was one thing putting off. Nicholson, although a wee scrote, has bags of talent and the right manager, playing the right system would be getting a right good winger.
