How are council services being managed while this saga drags on? Has anyone actually noticed we don't have anyone administering the city??

The elected reps don't actually administer the services. We have professionals in place to do that.

Local government moves at a glacial pace, anyway so they've plenty of time. As long as the tea lady's still doing her rounds.....
