Anyone else think we've sold more? They have been increasing the number by 50 every day for the past week. Slowly releasing the news for maximum effect maybe?

I can see us selling 13,500 season tickets which will be 3,000 more than last season which is sensational
For what it is worth I expect Hearts to sell the same number.
Both teams will get an average 4,000 walk ups and visiting supporters giving average attendances of 17,500!

When was the last time Hibs and Hearts got an average of 35,000 supporters per home game.

Edinburgh is well and truly back on the football map.
Aberdeen and Dundee are in reverse.

Hearts will shortly bring their stadium into the 21st century.
Unfortunately for their fans it looks like they will be having a poor team to support this season whilst we will be fighting for 3rd with Aberdeen.

Doubtful. Can't figure out why some folk think that Hibs are not announcing the true sales figure. Just enjoy it for what it's worth.

Which is a pity ... wouldn't it be great if they were filling their grounds as well.

If hearts shift that many then you really have to take your hat off to them. The fare on offer last season was dreadful, so to pony up the dough for another season of turgid, insipid football is mildly impressive.

For the precious few with IQ's, the loyalty is impressive.

For the ditzy legions of bemused fools, the loyalty long since crossed into stupidity.

Yeah it would.
Strange things football fans.
Last season Aberdeen had the best team and played their best football since the Miller and McLeish era but what support did they get at home?
A measly average of 12,500.
The dismantling of their team has begun and their fans are unlikely to follow a team as good as that for decades.
On the other front, hopefully Dundee Utd start to get their **** together now.

And that average was with a few 20k plus crowds against the OF.

That's superb thus far and we are only in June! I reckon 2-3 big exciting signings and that record is going to get easily smashed!

Hopefully as the number increases people will realise in order to get a half decent seat or to have a chance of a ticket for big games, and there will be a lot of them next season, then a season ticket is the only choice. This could well swell people who maybe wouldn't normally get one as they'd miss some games.

Yeah, that was me at 11k. Was goinh TO be a walk up as will only get to about half but didn't want to have to worry about getting tickets when it came to big games and a dogfight for what might be not a great many tickets left

Plus guaranteed a golden ticket for the Scottish League and Scottish Cup finals at Hampden. Our second home.
