There are just two weeks to go until the fixtures for the 2017/18 SPFL season are revealed.

Friday June 23 is publication day for the Ladbrokes Premiership, Championship, League 1 and League 2, which all begin on the weekend of August 5. Can't wait.

I also thought we would get Hearts at home first game but 5th August is the first weekend of the festival /Tattoo and I'm not sure the Police will be keen on also having an Edinburgh derby on the same dates with the current heightened security.

When has there ever been a derby in week 1? I don't think this has ever happened. It is always week 2 or 3 by the 'random selection' process that takes place.

Hope we get Killie or Motherwell away second game of the season so we can take a huge support.

Certainly do. Remember Vlad ripping us off when I paid about £33 or £35 for my ticket. Sang the Makalamby song all evening. We obviously won and went nine games unbeaten until we lost 2-1 to Motherwell.

Can't believe that was 10 years ago!

As Championship erm..... champs....aren't we guaranteed a home gig to do the flag thing in the first game. Probably against a mid-table rated side. The same weekend, Celtic will be at home, so new-co will be away, eg at Dundee or Motherwell. Hearts have a few games away until they have got the chip-fat up to temperature, so I'm guessing first up will be Home to Ross-C, Killie, Hamilton or the Jags.

My 2c and best guesses.....

I remember being in the lower tier bit behind the goals and bouncing to the maka song for about 90mins. Sure Mike Stewart tried to score direct from kick off and made an arse of it.
some old couple must have got lost. Sat the game whilst everyone else standing and singing. And pulled out a full big Mac meal from the old woman's bag at half time
