Is there an Edinburgh Council at the moment? Just realised that I don't recall if a ruling group was formed or not, but cannot imagine that all councilors who were elected claiming to have the city's best interests at heart have spent over a month failing to organise themselves?

Labour were stalling on a coalition because they didnt want to harm Murray's chances in Edinburgh South. I reckon it'll get sorted soon
