From previous experience and reading folks posts on here not just about today but recent times, I'm not even attempting to get though today. Leaving it a day or two and seeing what seats are left to swap to.

my mate tried to phone earlier and the guy on the phone didn't seem to have a clue. just went down to the stadium myself there and switched 4 of us to Row P in 43
