Going on past seasons normally about 10-14 July although last season was a bit earlier and I received mine on the 2nd July.

Unless you ask for a new one don't they just use the previous season's one? I had to ask for a new one last year because my one wasn't working properly and they weren't sending any new ones out.

Obviously if you didn't have a ST last year they will get sent out at some point over the next few months!

Well for what it's worth I've had a new season ticket each time regardless of whether I've had the same seat or not.

I always kept my old ST books and more recently the ST cards. Bloody nightmare when you mix them up coz the last few designs have been almost identical and there's never a date on them. My own fault of course so now the old ones are stashed safely away!

I eventually got through to ticket office when moving seats today. Woman said new cards will be sent out before end of june
