What is Hibs' Away Colour?

We've never consistently used the same away colour in my lifetime. I prefer the purple ones though. The mint one was rank IMO.

The best away strips were the white with green sleeves in the 80's. Simple reverse of the home strip. Of course they weren't much use seeing as the the only real clash was against Celtic. The old "battle of the Greens" looked great when we both wore home kits with us changing to green shorts.

AFAIK purple with white sleeves was our very first official change strip was it not? ..... from that POV I would say our away colour was purple. I don't think its a coincidence that the Hibs tartan is green and purple, in view of which I'm pretty sure if pushed Hibs would give purple as the clubs 2nd colour.

TBF, the question was what is Hibs Away colour, not the colour of a Change Strip.


Hibs should wear green with white sleeves home and away, unless there's a potential colour clash At a push, you could make an argument for wearing a change strip away to Celtc but that really is about the only other team.

Purple and white hoops is droolsville. Never thought of that before. It doesn't matter what our away top is, if it isn't that I'm no interested!

Those 80s away tops were things of beauty. The umbro one, mid 80s, with the green shorts still my fav ever away top.
