Further to my posting last week about the club doing their best to accommodate my old man, here's another feel-good story.
A few months ago, I ordered a couple of Persevere T-shirts for my nephews in Australia.
They didn't arrive. So, I got on to Royal Mail, who took me round the houses for a couple of weeks before telling me that "you have to get in touch with the seller".
So I did, this morning. Within half an hour, the shop responded with "a full refund has been actioned." No questions, just that.
