Or have we been a bit too over cautious? Nobody is suggesting home and away fans shouldn't be segregated but looking at how it's been done with two sections unsold we could have sold another 500+ tickets - or am I just plain wrong here?

I agree. Surely two or three empty rows would have sufficed against two sets of non rival fans who will potentially both be pretty joyous

Our reputation with the Police will still be dubious after last May, sure they will have had a say on required spacing. Potential for them to drop into the playoffs still, and a home end pitch invasion at full time. Not worth more potential bad press.

St mirren have half the segregated areas.

Top tier has segregation of three rows and a couple of banners. Bottom tier is maybe 10 rows and a couple of barriers. Don't think it's too bad

It looks as minimal as possible. Job well done as are the new temp speakers.

Assume that is because of the garbage tier speakers in the East being so difficult to hear?

Looks almost perfect:

Could have maybe made the lower tier segregation a bit narrower (exactly the same as top tier) but it's not that far away.

Have they announced the attendance yet?

With the limited segregation, it can't be too far short of 20k.

Would be hilarious if we sold more ST's than them next season. Kickback would be suicide watch.
