Apparently "not compatible" with my newish laptop.

I'm sure I've used it in the past few months.

Laptop has Windows 10.

Anyone out there that can help me?

Yep, seems to have stopped working with Chrome but it does work with Microsoft Edge.

Explorer worked thanks. Take it this is a Chrome fault?

Much as I like Chrome, it seems to have a few issues recently with 3rd party applications like Flash

Nobody uses Explorer on Windows 10. I hope at least.

Edge and Opera work fine for me on Windows 10.

I had this issue on Chrome yesterday, just had to re-allow it to use Flash and it worked again.

No, it's a problem with ticketmaster. They use an adobe flash plugin which is outdated and a security risk. Chrome will still play flash if you manually enable it (at your own risk).

Is there a reason for not using Explorer on Win 10?

stopped working for me too. Been using chrome for years to select seats. Not sure why I now have to enable something.
