Shocking news, no age at all.

Very sad.

Heard he had collapsed at training yesterday but this is shock news that he didn't pull through. Remember him well in that good Villa team of the mid 90s. Very sad indeed.

Yeah, very good defender and 2yrs older than me. Frightening stuff regardless of how fit you are or how well you may look after yourself.

That's how I'll remember him too, it was a great team to watch in those days. RIP.

Horrible news. Leaving behind a young family. RIP Ugo

A player tweeted a picture of him celebrating a goal in front of the old east stand.... not sure if he scored against us that day or joining in with others? Always remember that overhead goal at Parkhead though

Quality, quality player and by all accounts a well respected coach too. RIP.

Such a shame. A young man, fine one minute and gone the next. It's frightening.

Great player and another taken too young. You wonder if there is a link between elite sportsmen and this condition and if there is any way of detecting it.

What about his final tweet. Gentleman.

You will probably find it was because he is famous. I'm sure people fall down dead young every day.

RIP very sad news.

Completely forgot that he had a spell at the Huns, wont hold that against him though. Tragic to pass away so young. Remember him as a very good player in an Aston Villa team that was up where a club of that stature should be - challenging for honours.

Tom Hart RIP

Don't think Old Firm fans can be trusted with minutes silences.

They lined up at the centre circle as if they were going to have a silence/ applause and then all moved away.

Don't think Old Firm fans can be trusted with minutes silences.

And minutes violence is the likely option when you mix those two.
