Anyone know if our semi is on the BBC or is it only Sky? I want to record the game and prefer Liam McLeod over Crocker.

McLeod had the chance to record an iconic piece of commentary but was rambling on about Stokes when Gray scored the winner:faf:

True but his commentary at full time was superb compared to Crocker who went on a tangent about the Hibs fans behaviour. Also I've noticed that Crocker says "to deliver" in every single game. He repeats himself a lot.

It's on Sky sports 1 and 2 and BBC.

I was just about to say this - he says "...to deliver" every time there's a corner. Got lucky.

crocker's commentary at the winner couldn't have been better. "what a moment this is..."

impressive how quickly he identifies gray as the scorer as well.

BBC Reporting Scotland's intro to the match talked about the Hibs fans being in the WEST Stand and Dons fans in the EAST Stand, before talking to the 2 Shinnies

Would loved to have heard David Begg describing the last 4 mins of the final. Brilliant commentator.

If only we could've got Martin Tyler to resurrect his knack of commentating on Hibs cup wins, sigh.

It is on both channels, Sky have a 45 minute build up, BBC 15 minutes.

Sky are off air at 3pm, BBC 2.20pm. Sky really going for it.

I liked the Shinnie banter on BBC but the stand stuff was wrong.

Looking at Sky On Demand, they have the interviews and Sunshine on Leith from Saturday on the pitch.

Extended interviews with Leeann, Bartley and Lennon.

Also a Hibernian v Aberdeen Scottish Cup archive. They show the full penalty shootout in 1997. Shaun Dennis, great penalty.

Incredible lack of knowledge and also said ground would be packed to capacity. Amateurish.

Crocker coined the memorable description of Russells goal in the 6-2 game so he'll do for me :greengrin

I exchanged Tweets with Ian Crocker last week when he said he was coming to Easter Road just to watch the game. Said I had enjoyed many of his Hibs commentaries over the years and while everyone talks about Henderson to Deliver from last year, my favorite remains Latapy's Goal in the 6-2 game!

His reply was simple " Thanks - what a goal, what a game!" Nuff said!!

Incredible lack of knowledge and also said ground would be packed to capacity. Amateurish.....from their SENIOR correspondent, Chris McCueBall. He really needs to stop reading blogs by OF internet bampots and what Level5/Celtics PR tell him and get out a bit more.
