That was a good read S, RIP Iain.

The writer had obviously taken the time to find out about a very interesting life,packed full of experiences.

From the Fort to George Heriot's is quite a story (though far from the first time boys from the Fort poshed up - there are others on here with a similar story. to their and our credit :greengrin)

Great article, achieved a lot and now joins the great pipe band in the sky, with a couple of friends (pipe majors) of mine.
