Apart from Queens Park FC, no club in Scotland, bar Celtic and the club formerly known as Rangers, have played more Cup games at Hampden than Hibernian.( i stand to be corrected on that)
Since, in my lifetime, that fateful Cup Final in 1958 against Clyde,Hibernian have had numerous adventures, highs and lows, at Hampden.
Umpteen semi's and finals.
Some semi finals at Ibrox too,and a LC final at Celtic Park since then.
League Cup wins, Dryburgh Cup wins.
Scottish Cup finals, culminating in the historic Exuberance Cup Final 2106.

Can we do 2 in a row?
Why not,..... no one it seems expect us to do so.
But then, they said that last year, too. :cup:

Here we go !!!

Glory Glory to The Hibees!!

Persevered with Dignity!

Someone on another board described Hampden as Easter Road West :greengrin

Aye.... We maybe should be getting season tickets for The Hibernian End !!:flag:

£100 to reserve your seat but you still have to pay upfront for the same seat if we get there. It seems to be the going rate...:greengrin

Just on final appearances, Aberdeen I think are 3rd, with something like 29 ad Hibs are about 24, but that is just finals.

Aberdeen in more Finals
I was thinking that too, without looking it up.
The Fergie Years were certainly golden for them re. Cup wins.
I guess they have had a number of semi finals at Dens Park or Tannadice, just as we have had at Tynecastle.

I actually wrote a similar post on another comments board (EEN) without researching.
Just to wind up the interloping, not so noisy neighbours, commenting on Hibernian articles.

Who knows, we may catch them up in the next few years :greengrin

Aberdeen on Cup Finals, that is !!

Enough said

Am sure we have been in the semi final of the Scottish more than any other team apart from Celtic/sevco
