On the Pitch!

Just received a pic of my grandson on the pitch at Brighton celebrating promotion! Thousands of fans on the pitch also at Plymouth & Portsmouth games. Many of the fans appeared to head over the halfway line but amazingly no riots have broken out yet. Wonder what the difference is?

No huns on the losing side but to give them credit they showed remarkable restraint when Motherwell beat them 6-1 in the play off game, must just be cup finals that sets them off.

Come on guys, bit of perspective here.

These guys had just achieved promotion to the league above, and had only expected it for about the last month.

Ours in comparison, was simply a cup that we had waited 114 years to win in stoppage time, having been 2-1 down. :rolleyes:
