Leeann I was stood at lap.of honour today remembering how depressed, gutted and utterly fed up.i felt after that play off defeat to Hamilton at ER 3 years ago. Since then you have came in and transformed our club...great managerial appointments, fully engaged with the support, excellent backing to our managers which has greatly improved the squad and winning the holy grail last may. The Hibs of now is unrecognisable from the Hibs that lost that play off 3 years ago...we are back a much stronger unified force...and that's all down to you...not worthy and thank YOU 💚💚💚

The club was in a horrendous state when she came in. Relegation was a new low, the atmosphere around the club was really down, no morale, absolutely nothing positive at all. The attendances were poor and it was hard to blame folk for not going, the football was dreadful and we were a team of disinterested players who just couldn't wait for the season to end so they could leave and our manager had drained any sort of spirit in the dressing room. Dark days indeed but the entire club from top to bottom has been re-born and thats down to you Leeann.

Hibernian FC is now in a very good position to improve even further under Leeann Dempster's leadership. The club is strong both on and off the pitch. Record season ticket sales, money coming in from HSL etc, and the Scottish Cup won at long last.

Crowds of 17/18,000+ in the Championship. Who would ever have thought?
