Thankfully even the Sun newspaper have finally realised what a sad sack of a man he is, and suspended him. His latest is calling Ross Barclay a gorilla, after his nightclub fight.

How dare you get my hopes up about a reformation of Bathgate's finest export, only to find it's another thread about that twat.

The Sun have realised nothing. They are only reacting to the strong public response out of self interest. A Sun editor and others had to have proof-read and edited that piece before it was printed.

You're right, my op was giving them credit and that's the last thing I wanted to do.

I saw them live once. Apart from the Rattler and the eponymous song the rest was pish. 3/10.

First band to play at the new Union at Riccarton. (although it will only be new to those who remember the TU and G St) intro to Goodbye Mr Mackenzie...

Now evolved in to the Filthy Tongues and curently touring Scotland. Their album, Jacobs Ladder, is one of the best Edinburgh albums you will ever hear. Think Nick Cave with a Scottish outlook. Superb.

Hi. Just wanted to make it clear that my post wasn't a dig at you in any way. :aok:

I'm with you on that. Jacob's Ladder was my album of last year.
