SFA dealing with the symptoms by hammering managers who are simply thinking and reacting the same way as most fans, rather than addressing the root cause - weak and incompetent referees. If refs did their job properly, managers such as Lennon would be much less agitated knowing thugs like the Morton no 9 would be rightly hammered.
