Unbelievably Cathro has managed to out do himself again.

He has said that if you take away the goal posts Hearts would match Celtic... What's that even supposed to mean? There's a few doubters about Lennon, but thank f*** it's not Cathro.

aye, if you took away Celtic, Hearts would have matched them! Man's a classic, hopefully he'll be there for years to come

No doubt another sage like gem passed down to him from upstairs ........ Levin was the first one to come up with this theory by setting up a Scotland team in a formation that made the goal posts at one end of the park redundant ..... Cathro has just expanded on that idea by wanting the goals removed altogether :greengrin

The thing is at times they did match up to them, by playing a really high line and pressing lots.

Looks good for a while, and looks like you are in it. But defensively they are awful, so any team with a bit of quality will always win through....

I wonder if I can think of any other matches Hearts have played that way and have ended up getting humped..... Hmmm :greengrin
