I'd imagine it would be to ensure that their prep before a game is right. Diet/ alcohol consumption etc?

Probably the majority live in and around Edinburgh, seems a hassle going all the way to a hotel for food and a sleep, home comforts and all that.

impossible to say whether this is a waste of money, or money well spent. I'm assuming Lennon knows the social habits, diet and attitudes of the players he works with every day better than people who mindlessly call it 'a waste of money'. I'll go with his call on this.

I live and work in South Queensferry and the whole squad walked right by the office window around 11.30 towards the Dakota hotel so maybe they stayed there last night. Took a picture but not sure how to post 😂

The one thing it does seem to have improved is team spirit plus we are top so will take that !!

Yep if nothing else it tells the players that this club is serious and backs the managers judgement.

Hibs have always used the Mariot for a meeting point for away games.

They were in the Marriot the night before the diddy cup game with Turriff away.

I was at a wedding in their on the saturday night, same night as stevenson testimoinial.

Seen Lennon checking in on saturday evening, didnt see any players.

Seen them all the next morning sitting in reception waiting to board team bus, when i went down for breakfast.

I agree. All the EPL teams do it. If NL thinks it works, then his judgement is fine with me.
