Sorry, just couldn't resist this because they have another thread about increasing FoH contributions by £1.

Hearts have asked us to highlight the following re Gorgie Live in the gorgie suite tomorrow.

Tickets are available on the door for anyone not wanting/able to travel to the game. Tickets are priced at £12.50 and it opens at 10.30am. Or call this afternoon on 0131 200 7244 to book in advance

£12.50 to watch them play Aberdeen ?? Does this happen at the Hibs club when Hibs are on the TV ??. Personally I think that's a rip-off (not forgetting embarassing/shameful) however if ever a support deserves to be ripped-off it's those f*****s !. Truly 'Cash is king' under Budge's reign - and all whilst 'Playing within their means' too !

A few seasons ago there was an episode of 'The Apprentice' where they had to make and sell gourmet food. One team chose to set their stand up by Tynecastle selling pasta and meatballs for £7. This lead to Alan Sugar's two brilliant lines in the boardroom: "£7 for pasta and meatballs? They don't spend that on a striker there" and "Tynecastle must be the worst place in Britain to try and sell gourmet food".

Even Lord Sugar knows :lolyam:

Hibs charged £5 entry to watch the cup derby at the PBS behind the goals ( which included a free pint )
They really like screwing their own down Gorgie .

Not being biased here - worst pie I ever had was from Tynecastle. Overcooked and hard as a rock.

Prawn sandwiches are on the menu judging by the dismal atmosphere at the pbs.

I thought you were at the wind up there, but a quick google found this

https://slouchingtowardsthatcham.com/2012/04/26/the-apprentice-season-8-episode-6-street-food/

"Lord Sugar starts by interrogating Phoenix, noting their £5.99 price point was quite high for Hearts: “They don’t pay that for a striker there.”

I shall now dig out the episode for a hearty chuckle
