Just talking in work to colleagues about what the worst and best football ground you have been to is. So what are yours?

Best - Stadio Olimpico.
Worst - plenty I can think of but Cowdenbeath's was just horrific.

Bad. Away end at Accrington (f***ing) Stanley.
Best. Arnold Schwarzenegger Stadium, me and Uncle James somehow got in to hospitality and got more blootered than we were already.
San Siro looks stunning from outside, bit of a dump inside.

I tend to base my football ground rating on the experience of actually being there including the game so it has to be
Best: Old Wembley
Worst: Hillsborough

Worst - Central park.
Best - Either Dortmunds Westfalenstadion or Barca's Nou Camp. I was right next to "the wall" at Dortmund and the overall atmosphere is fantastic.

I agree Central Park isn't great for football but it isn't just a football stadium as the stocks race there. For me Kilbowie Park or old Boghead were far worse.
Best was the Boleyn in any of it's incarnations.

Best: Westfalen Stadion
Worst: Parkhead. The away corner is, or at least was, a dump with missing seats and those girders right in the way. Plus bits of it fall off any time it gets a bit blowy. The area around it looks like a C.o.D multiplayer map called "Urban decay and desolation"
****hole.

Best - Easter Road, Old Trafford or RCDE Stadium (Espanyol)
Worst - Cappielow, Fir Park or Pittodrie.

Worst Celtic Park Terrible view..kept in at the end of the game...why? Stewards very quick to grab players who want to celebrate with away fans. Ibrox a close second as regards treatment of away fans
Best. Easter Road of course!
Worst: Cliftonhill - absolutely derelict - made Central Park look like a palace,
Best: Loved Bayern's old ground - The Munich Olympic Stadium (Allianz Arena ain't bad either)

Most of the old style grounds are murder. But Central Park is awful as is Somerset park. Best has to Hampden, it shot up the rankings on the 21.05.16.
With the big new stadiums it all depends where you sit. Most grounds anywhere near the half way line is great but front row behind the goals is crap.
