Amidst an article on some quite interesting changes to football in England ( http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39157887 - video referees in the FA cup, only permitting the captain to speak to the referee etc) I came across something about a 4th substitute.

"The trial of a fourth substitute in extra time is a first in England, though the format was used at last year's Copa America and the Rio Olympics."

No mention of the fourth substitute being used in the FA Cup equivalent of another country in the UK. I'd be surprised, but I'm not.
