I called that number yesterday to renew season tickets and it was answered after a couple of rings.

Lucky you! I've tried phoning it on a number of occasions and really struggled. My wife had the same problem yesterday.

I tried more than a dozen times yesterday and got no answer,,,i then tried a different number and a woman answered and said she would put me through,,,,still never got answered,,,,she then took my number and said they would phone me back,,,,,im still waiting. I tried phoning again today and still no answer. Terrible service. I will just end up paying at the gate next season.

It's a bloody nightmare. If you live in anywhere in Edinburgh you'd be cheaper and quicker getting a bus down to the ticket office to speak to them in person
