I think we use it too often. Surely today is a perfect example on not using it....

What's wrong with an away team wearing their away strip ?

Against RR its a must if they have their home top, very similar apart from the colours obviously, but for corners etc when everyone is in a huddle not easy to see who is who from the stands.

Is it officially the away strip or the second strip? To me we should wear the traditional strip unless there is a clash with the home team

I'm glad we are wearing it.

The 2 sets of white sleeves can be a bit of a nightmare.

Raith are playing in white sleeves, there would have been a massive colour clash if Hibs played in their green and white strip.

I know I was just trying to be ironic

To be fair I think it's great that they wear it away...

How many kids previously have bought the away kit, only to never see the team wear it - apart from an away game at Celtic (where not all kids will go!).

This is an argument that perhaps every away game is too much (have we wore it every away game?) but I think it's about time that the 2nd strip gets used more often!

I actually like the strip and it certainly makes sense to wear it on a bleak, dull day. I also used to like the black strip but in practical terms it was useless as there were occasions when it was difficult to spot the players, especially when the quality of the floodlights at some stadiums was an issue.

Lennon said in an interview we will always wear our away kit when we are away from home and our home kit at home. To be honest it's a good thing, encourages young fans to get both kits. Sorry mums and dads lol

One of our very worst that I can recall.

We never wore it at Tynecastle.

Speaking of strips, when should we expect this seasons strips to be reduced in price?

Best away form in the league. Maybe we should wear it at home?

Ridiculous wearing the second strip in every away game. There should be no such thing as an 'away strip'. Should just be an alternative strip if there's a kit clash.

I want to see Hibs wearing green tops.

Clubs are contracted with the strip manufacturers to wear a second or third kit X amount of times. Presumerably because the team actually wearing it is the best way of selling it.
