According to the Companies House web site, Dundee United's auditors Deloittes tended their resignation at the end of November 2016.

No new auditors have been appointed yet and their 2016 accounts have not been lodged with Companies House and are due to SFA end of March.

Not to say Deloittes did not sign them off before bidding farewell to the Arabs.
