In an era of austerity and welfare cuts I think we should praise the Hearts fans for rallying round and raising enough cash to help a pensioner afford the fuel bills for her private yacht.

At the Bonnyrigg game I got to see the statue of the soldier they have in the corner. There could have been lots of things to say in that statue but it says The Bravest Team. I think that is pretty sad and does nothing to honour anyone. They seem to have to measure everything against others.
