I'd be reminding him that Djoums only chance of winning anything was by playing for a different team.

So that's WW1 and the African Cup of Nations on their honours list then.

Brutal banter from your workmate. Sounds quintessentially Jambo.

5 Aston Villas win was all down to Des Bremner which was all down to his development at Hibs

Did they not win a trophy when they beat the Germans during the Xmas kickabout at the Somme

In terms of capped players they've got some squad to be fair.

Is there some sort of medal for biggest creditors list or most charities bumped in one administration event?

I thought we were talking about their Scottish cup parade.

According to nearly all of them, we've already been swept aside and the trophy is as good as theirs. Some turnaround from being a total shambles only six days ago.

We're as well not turning up at the weekend.

I've watched the African C O N over the years and I have to say this year's event was very poor. No stand out team imo. No stand out player either. Probably devalued due to it being bi-annual?

We're as well not turning up at the weekend. They were dire against Raith, had a good second half against a poor Rangers team and managed to beat Motherwell who spent half the game with 10 men...If they get beat or draw the knives will be back out for Cathro

A sad comedown from the heady days of two world wars. I feel sorry for todays Jambos having to live of scraps.
