We were drinking with hibees before we went in. A full chorus of hibees here hibees there hibees every ****in where. Was belted out doon the toon. There was a couple of Scottish cup runners up in attendance. It was a real shame. Even the Jambo with me was giving them it tight. Ggtth

I go to Glasgow every year. Good night out but the animosity towards English players is cringe worthy. Favourite venue is Blackpool for the matchplay. Good venue, atmosphere and darts.

Been to the weegie hydro, Wembley Arena and Ally Pally, the World Champs was best by far.

Going to my first darts even next month at the hydro for the PL. Cannot wait I always think the Glasgow atmosphere sounds the best on the TV.

Not a great darts fan, but went to the Hydro last night with friends. There was a long queue from the tunnel to the arena and I couldn't believe that almost everyone was being searched. With about 15 minutes till the start they started a free for all and there was a bit of chaos. Security were asking the odd bod if they minded being searched. Boisterous, drunken crowd but no real trouble and, yes, there were idiots throwning pints all over the place.

Finals night tonight. MVG best Anderson 9-7 in a close match. Wright v Taylor in the other semi final.

Unbelievable bottle crashing from Wright it was almost easier for him to actually hit one of the doubles that he missed and go on to win the title.

He'll be having nightmares about that and the fact that he was 7-2 up as well.
