Played on that park about a year ago and my back and hips were killing me for a week...it's not ideal and very firm. I wouldn't play mcgeouch on it personally...

2-0 Hibs after 3 mins
1st good finish by Fraser Murray after great through ball
2nd speculative cross from Donaldson, which evaded the goalie

Hopefully handling does well.

Something about him makes me desperate to see him become a first team regular and discover the potential he had at a young age.

Unfortunately can't see it happening though.

HT score?
I had a free bet in my account and Hibs to win over 4.5 goals was 7/2

Just having a wee look at the league table for the Dev squad. Hibs pulling clear at the top of the league, 4 points clear before todays match. Celtic had another match postponed today, meaning they have only played 14 games compared to Hibs 18 (19 after this game), they've got 26 points, we will have 39 after this win. Motherwell played tonight but I can't find the score, they're 2nd with 32. Shaping up to be an exciting league depending on Celtic actually playing another fixture this season :greengrin

Other places to note, hertz in 13th with 18pnts after 19 games, but still only 1pnt off the bottom and the huns in 11th 21pnts from 18 games. Both of them playing tonight too.

Motherwell are currently 4 3 up against 9 man Hamilton. They were 3 nil down!

How did McGeough play Steven.

Scored some excellent goals tonight, particularly the 4th where handling coolly side footed from a great ball in from Crane. Lewis Allan would have scored the goal of the night, but hit the post after a fantastic passing move
Mcgeough got 90 mins, and Danny Handling got 75 mins to up his fitness.
Some excellent performances from some of the young guns, who are the main stay of this team.

Rangers at home next week, date and time TBC

Best group of players we have had in a long time. A lot of this is due to Eddie May being brought in.

Why have development games highlights stopped being posted on Hibs TV?

Not trying to be arsey, just don't remember reading anything and there haven't been any for a while

Thanks

Funnily enough I asked the same question at the game, to a fellow fan last night, he didn't know either. Hibs were filming the game. I'll try and find out, as we've scored some terrific goals this season

I liked watching the development games although the Oriam was a bit sterile for me

Billy as you seem to attend most of the development games I just wondered if you can see a huge difference since Eddie May has come in?

We are winning a lot of games but we also did when James McDonagh was in charge. Is there a noticeable difference in style of play/player strength/skill etc?

Joe, it's a difficult question. Hibs done well under James time, and a few of the lads like Stanton, Handling, Harris went onto play 1st team football.
Eddie is very vocal on match days, and we've got some really decent players at this level. Proof of the pudding, is their development to the 1st team playing squad

Some of the might have been here prior to Eddie being here but he's overseen the last 3 years of their development. 3 years at this stage of their development is a fair chunk.

Exactly, some of them would have been 14 when Eddie arrived. He also brought in Martin, I. Murray and Gullan who are regular starters for the development team.

Billy - any more info on the lad Gillan you suggested was coming in from Hearts yesterday?
