Derby tickets - Client ref numbers?

Gonna try and go along and get myself and a few mates a ticket for the derby. One mate is on holiday so I won't have his actual season ticket card but will have my own and everyone else's, Can anyone tell me if I get him to text me his client ref number that this will be enough at the ticket office?

They might ask for his address but other than that you should be fine. It would be no different to phoning up the ticket office and ordering the tickets that way.
