Hibs tv

I've been trying to watch some videos on hibs tv however all I seem to get is no playable sources found.
Unfortunately I'm a useless chuff when it comes to things like this so any help would be appreciated.
I use my phone for this which is android and chrome as my browser .

If the error message comes up after you log in try refreshing the page, the video should come up then.

I find I need to log in again when I want to watch either recorded highlights or a live game.

Yes,I watched the qos highlights no problem but couldn't watch the Dundee utd game.
