No inside info but I remember seeing us linked with him earlier in the window.
Just seen on sky sports news his contract has been terminated at Birmingham
Lennon would know him from his Celtic days

Hearts already have 3 right backs, granted Paterson is injured/leaving but the guy they have just signed is a Slovenian international.

I doubt replacing Gray or Humphrey is top of the list right now.
He's not exactly back up material.

Was banned from training with their 1st team, must be a trouble maker as well

Hope he doesnt end up at Hearts, decent player Caddis IMO, but has had fitness issues recently, was a regular up until last season for the Blues but Zola doesnt seem to fancy him.
Was the Captain at Birmngham for while too. He did start his career at Celtic and made a handful of appearances before moving south (think he went on loan to Dundee United too)

He played in the pre season friendly at Easter Rd and I remember thinking he looked about 2 stone over weight and I couldn't believe how slow he was. I realise it was pre season but young Crane absolutely torchured him down the left hand side . It was only a glimpse but I think he would expect reasonable wages as back up for SDG . Not for me

To be fair I wouldnt judge anyone on the strength a pre season friendly. Having said that he clearly has been struggling with fitness issues over the majority of 2016.
