I've got it bad, anyone had it and got any advice? All the doc would give me was anti-sickness tablets. I'm worried I won't make it on Saturday.

Also worried a wideo Hearts steward will think I'm blootered walking up to the turnstiles.

Take a note from your GP?

Mrs Radge had it and it was quite scary for her.

Nowt much you can do, but here's the best advice http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/Labyrinthitis/Pages/Treatment.aspx

I had it about 18 years ago. They gave me a drug for it but it made me feel sick so I stopped. It cleared up after a few weeks. Probably caused by an ear infection.

I have had it a couple of times. Very frightening and bloody awful. First time I took a tiny tablet (don't remember the name) and it helped. Second time, I had to rest and wait it out. It took weeks.

Best thing is to establish the cause (usually underlying stress or overwork but can also be an infection or dislodged crystals in the ear etc.) and address that going forward.
